The awesome folks over at The Sonic Blender show have kindly added Nameless Ghost’s latest single ‘Slow Down’ to their playlist this week! The show is broadcast locally on 102.7FM in Thunder Bay, ON - but wait! Don’t fret if you aren’t local, because you can stream it live right here from anywhere!

I tried my hand at making a music video for ‘Slow Down’. I wanted to make something that wouldn’t involve making a fool of myself out in public, so I just stuck to my recording space. While editing, I thought it was a bit boring, so I went for a walk around my neighbourhood, sticking mainly to the back alleys, looking for interesting things that caught my eye. I shot footage of those things and added them to the video. It was a fun exercise and made the video a little less boring. Hope you like it!

Recorded during the frigid Canadian winter, indie-rock artist Nameless Ghost's self-produced debut album "Under the Surface" was born from recent struggles with personal loss and mental health. The first single, Slow Down, reflects on the fragility of life with its mournful melodies and slow, steady drums. Infused with lo-fi elements and a DIY mindset, "Slow Down" sets the tone for the rest of the album and is the first step on a journey through loss, grief, and mental illness.
